Introduction

As I explain in this substack post, I was shocked to read a series of Economist articles on Sudan in August, which among other things cited the possible figure of more 2 million deaths by the end of the year, and possibly 6 million or more deaths in the coming year. Of course we don't know if the famine will be that bad, but if it's even possible, it seems worth trying to find out more and raising awareness.

The aim of this website is to provide a space to organize and analyze various news accounts on different dimensions of the conflict, to try to build a more comprehensive picture of what is going on and hopefully promote more focus on finding solutions.
